Home of the freshest fish on the island, prepared by Julian Rigby, who takes freshly caught wahoo, mahi-mahi, snapper and all kind of fish from sea to platter, some of which is transformed into their scrumptious smoked fish appetizer.  The draw of the family-run Gallipot is not just the fresh catch, but also the camaraderie of this popular gathering spot around the round outdoor bar, which is run by Julian’s father Derrick.
