Another interesting stone structure on the island of Nevis is the old Lime Kiln which has been used for over two centuries and is still in use today in the construction industry.
Coconut walk was once cultivated with sugar cane. It has the tallest windmill in Nevis and a stone lime kiln which is used to produce lime used in the local construction industry.
This attraction was the last sugar mill to produce sugar commercially in Nevis. It showcases massive machinery, elegant chimney, ruined great house with volcanic stone colonnade and complete sugar boiling wall.

Numerous times per year, particularly on holiday weekends, the Nevis Turf and Jockey Club sponsors horseracing. Sometimes exciting, often amusing, horse races on Nevis are not to be missed.
